I was rewatching old episodes on Netflix, and I remembered an observation I made first watching 1x04 there that I'd forgotten about. Has anyone else noticed the captions are completely contrary during the radio dedication scene on Netflix?
It first of all days it's a female radio dj speaking rather than male, and the song choice is not 'I Don't Need You Anymore'. Rather, in the captions they give the song as 'Who Is My Daddy?' , with the captioned lyrics by a 'female vocalist' saying, 'Who is my daddy?/How can I tell her/that mommy's been naughty?/I don't know.' Before Spencer gets in the car. The genders/song choice are completely different in the episode obviously. I wonder if the captionist (sp?) uses the script and didn't pay much attention to the song change, or if it was changed much later, but I don't see why the closed captions would be totally different without reason. I'm in Canada so I don't know if that makes a difference.

Just an interesting observation I had, wonder why they'd choose a song like that for Hanna originally or at some point, maybe to show A knows about her mother and Wilden? Curious if anyone else noticed this. That must be so irritating!
Especially if the mistake goes beyond just name misspellings. I just thought it was interesting that rather than just making a mistake with the correct captions it was definitely an alternate song choice that got into the captions somehow.
Funny that it's changed to becoming more Siri style now though. I was thinking because of Daisygate maybe they had real people doing it at some point before? Since they claimed that's how they knew all about the dollhouse before it aired.
